Carl goes into detail about Vigilant's bread and butter, Carl's patented "Intelligent Workspace", i.e. Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Carl and Dan talk about their #1 issue they have faced as a small business of 10 people. "SCALING" As with many small businesses in our world scaling is a difficult problem to have, you need to figure out how to scale whatever you do, if it is a product and you need to make a million widgets next month or building software programs and you need to double your output next month. Carl put it best in his quarterly announcement when he coined the term "Finding the right busy" Carl explains this to the Smalls team, find the right busy, don't be busy just to stay busy, make sure when you do something there is a end goal behind it. Dan and Carl both state that "The Client should always be your partner".
