The year 2020 has been a great challenge for everyone, with the scourge of COVID-19 creating a “new normal” for the whole world. Nowhere has this been more evident than in the IT world, where a huge number of professionals and support teams have moved from an “in-person” office situation to an “off-site” or cloud-based office location, working from home or abroad as they solve customer problems through the power of the cloud. The silver lining is that this has increased opportunities for cloud companies to do what they do best, and it has made AI innovations more important than ever.
Vigilant is continuing to build on its past successes, by delivering software innovations through existing project work with the Federal government and with new research and development projects now secured and funded for 2021. Our goal of “Making Big Data Smaller” is making a huge difference for distributed work teams in these areas, and Vigilant is now playing an important role on software teams in the Federal space, creating solutions and expanding our core innovations to bring about rapid changes in critical workflows. Vigilant is poised to grow well beyond expectations in 2021, both in the Federal and commercial spaces, as we continue to apply our unique approach to AI software solutions.
Vigilant’s Managed Services solutions, which feature the unique and customizable AI technology described above, are also expanding this year - providing Cybersecurity, Disaster Recovery and cloud solutions for small to medium businesses. We’re now offering a special discounted service package for new customers, including a free infrastructure assessment and a full year of backups and managed services for up to 5 devices, with 1 full hour of engineering support per month, for only $250/month. There is no better time to take advantage of these critical new options – working from home, remote working, and cloud-based solutions are no longer something successful companies plan to do in the future – they plan to do it now, and posture themselves for the uncertainties we all face in the world.
Keep your eye on Vigilant – this year is poised to be our best ever, and we’ll keep you updated every month as we grow! In 2021, be smart – be resilient – be VIGILANT!
