Vigilant Technologies has been added to the City of Phoenix’s 2018-2020 Qualified Vendor List for Information Technology Professional Services as of July 1, 2018. According to the City of Phoenix, the Information Technology Professional Services Qualified Vendor List has been published on an annual basis since 1994. The categories of service have been defined to easily identify the types of support that may be needed and to assist with on-going maintenance of the QVL. We look forward to building a lasting relationship with the City of Phoenix going forward.
Vigilant has been refining the cloud and working with local small businesses since 2004, when the industry called the cloud "server consolidation". Since then, we have helped many companies build dedicated, on-site clouds, test engines in public clouds and off-site remote infrastructure. Vigilant is a VA-Certified SDVOSB, a self-certified DBE/MBE, and recently graduated from the SBA’s 8(a) program. Our experience makes us a custom cloud leader.
The City of Phoenix’s goals for working with companies like Vigilant include “Seamless customer service, operational efficiency, constant innovation, supporting public safety, and self-sufficiency through knowledge transfer.” Vigilant’s goals align with the goals of the City of Phoenix because we value our customers and truly understand their wants and needs. Seamless customer service is a goal of any company, and we strive to ensure we stay that way.
