The new Arizona Business and Information Technology Coalition has achieved another milestone with the filing and acceptance of the group's Articles of Incorporation with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The AZBITC will now be functioning as an Arizona non-profit corporation as of November 13, 2017, and the Articles will be published very soon in the Arizona Capitol Times.

The next step in the group's evolution will be the filing of the final 501(c)(6) documents with the Internal Revenue Service, so stay tuned here for updates as we move closer to full realization of our goals!
