SeaPort-e

SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst 1800+ SeaPort-e IDIQ multiple award contract holders.

Vigilant has been awarded a prime contract as a result of the SeaPort-e Rolling Admissions for FY-2012. Vigilant specializes in providing professional support services to the federal government in the areas of Research & Development, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics Support, Program Support, and Facilities Management. Vigilant will provide these services to NAVSEA and other ordering agencies in Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 (Click for Zone Map).

The basic requirements state that the Vigilant team shall provide “qualified personnel, materials, facilities, equipment, test instrumentation, data collection and analysis, hardware and software, and other services that will support the Navy and Marine Corps in the execution of their overall organizational functions and the specific missions of the individual activities and ordering offices.”
